Its the site we all know and love, easy for setting up blogs everything can be figured out easily and you have the chance to edit pretty much anything in HTML if you have the knowledge needed. I wouldn't say this site is known as Blogger but it is pretty good it serves its purpose and does a good job very simple with more of a website look to it than a blog but it all comes down to what do you want and I will talk about defining your goals and purpose of the site, this site, my site that you are currently reading is for informing people so I chose Blogger but I have my portfolio on weebly because I need that website look.
I used this site for some time but I think it has changed a lot and It isn't as good as it used to be but it does not use pop-ups to let the world know that you have a free site so it is solid but I would chose Blogger over it just because Wordpress went from being a solid site to being the combination of facebook twiter and blogger and it's just too much for anyone and only the really popular sites can succeed but this is just how I see it.
